Recently Andrea Girones settled a car accident case where a young woman sustained significant neck and back injuries. While she was able to complete her studies she would never be able to work in the field of her choice as it involved a great deal of physical labour. Ms. Girones negotiated a settlement short of trial worth several hundred thousands of dollars.
