Marina Choucrallah (B.Sc. (Hons), LL.L., J.D.)

Marina graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2011, having earned her Bachelor of Biopharmaceutical Science, with Honours. She received her Licentiate in Law in 2017 and her Juris Doctor in 2018, enabling her to practice in both Civil and Common Law jurisdictions.

Following her call to the bar of Ontario in 2019, Marina pursued her passion for trial advocacy by helping those who are most vulnerable. She worked in Defence Litigation and gained experience in preparing and conducting trials before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.

Marina joined Andrea Girones’ Team as an associate in 2020 in hopes to combine her scientific knowledge with her legal one. Fluently trilingual in English, French and Arabic, Marina is motivated to help clients’ who have been victims of medical malpractice and personal injury.

In her spare time, Marina also enjoys the outdoors, playing basketball and travelling.
