Complex brain injury due to motor vehicle accident

A non-resident of Ontario suffered severe injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident. The client healed from most of her physical bodily injuries but was left with cognitive and psychological deficits. The deficits were not evident at first glance, however Mr. Bourdon was able to retain the appropriate medical experts to define and explain the nature and extent of the deficits. As a result, Mr. Bourdon was able to negotiate a settlement of over $1.9 million for the injured client.
