Andre Bourdon negotiated a settlement for a woman who suffered a slip and fall in the parking lot of her apartment building. As the result of lack of a winter maintenance, the said parking lot was a slippery hazard. Prior to having to attend Trial, Mr. Bourdon was also to settle the matter for over $245,000.
